Why was my custom request rejected?

Occasionally, a custom request will be rejected. Some common reasons for why this may happen are:

  • There is a standard content item in the Library that could be used instead, which would offer quicker fulfillment.
  • The request falls outside of our product parameters.
  • The request will take longer than 24 hours to be delivered.

You will always be contacted by customer service to confirm if your custom request was accepted or rejected.
