My order has different data to my terminal, how do I change it?

The Data Hub is connected directly to either your data vendor or EDGAR Online and, as such, the source data has already undergone a thorough verification process. If the data varies, it is likely because a definition has been applied or a value has been overridden. You can review any edits to definitions or values in Data Hub > Overrides.

Occasionally, a difference in data may be caused by a variation in methodology. We implement methodologies that offer a robust standard of analysis but may vary from your data provider’s. To change data you can:

1. Update a calculation definition.

2. Override a value.

3. Download the source data CSV file and update the numbers

Changes made to data will be applied to any reordered content
