Pellucid’s fulfillment process has been designed to accommodate the thousands of content variations available through the Pellucid platform. Occasionally, a generated content item may not appear correctly. If you receive a content item you are not happy with you can:
- Reorder the item, removing or replacing the customization that caused the issue. This is the fastest way to get your content updated and fulfilled.
- Reply to your content complete email stating what needs to be changed.
