My order doesn’t look right, what do I do?

Pellucid’s fulfillment process has been designed to accommodate the thousands of content variations available for order through the Pellucid platform. Occasionally, a generated content item may not appear correctly. If you receive a content item you are not happy with you can:

  • Reply to your fulfillment complete email stating what needs to be changed.
  • Reorder the item, removing or replacing the customization that caused the issue. This is the fastest way to get your order updated and fulfilled. 
  • Contact support at support@pellucid.com or call +1 (720) 336-5170, referencing your order number.
