My order has not been fulfilled. How do I find out more?

If you did not receive an email confirming your order, please check your spam or quarantine folder. If the email is not there, please contact customer service at support@pellucid.com or call +1 (720) 336-5170 as it is possible your order was not received.

Orders received during business hours are usually fulfilled within a few hours, often even quicker than this. If your order was not a custom request you have not received anything within four business hours, please contact support@pellucid.com or call +1 (720) 336-5170. Orders placed outside of business hours will be attended to as quickly as possible.

If your order is a custom request, it could take up to 24 hours to fulfill. If you do not receive anything after this time, please contact support@pellucid.com or call +1 (720) 336-5170.
