My content has not been fulfilled yet. What do I do?

Content request received during business hours are usually fulfilled within 30 minutes (often in minutes). If you did not receive an email confirming your request was received, please check your spam or quarantine folder. If you placed a custom request, it could take up to 24 hours to fulfill. 

If your request was not a custom request and you have not received anything within one business hour, please contact or call +1 (720) 336-5170. Content requests placed outside of business hours will be attended to as quickly as possible.
