My order has not been completed yet. What do I do?

Orders received during business hours are usually fulfilled within 30 minutes, often even quicker than this. If you did not receive an email confirming your order, please check your spam or quarantine folder. If your order is a custom request, it could take up to 24 hours to fulfill. 

If your order was not a custom request and you have not received anything within one business hour, please contact support@pellucid.com or call +1 (720) 336-5170. Orders placed outside of business hours will be attended to as quickly as possible.
